PDF Spaces is an additional new AI feature within Acrobat AI Assistant that allows users to work with and collaborate on multiple documents in a shared workspace, with help from specialized task-oriented AI assistants. Documents stored in Spaces are in Adobe Cloud, thus PDF Services must be turned on.

Customers can connect to Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive & SharePoint and access files from within Acrobat. You can also connect to Microsoft Teams and Zoom and access your meeting recordings.

Adobe Express integrates with Adobe’s Creative Cloud, Experience Manager Assets, Workfront, Firefly Custom Models, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing – and the following third-party apps that organization uses to make brand-approved content creation easier: Box, Miro and Slack.

Al Assistant and PDF Spaces won't store any personally identifiable information (PII) unless content is flagged or feedback is submitted. Otherwise, PII will only pass through the temporary cache or get stored via chat history on device for desktop/mobile and on our web server. Everything is stored in a way that only the user can access their data and no one else – not even people within the same enterprise. Additionally, the LLM is stateless, so it doesn't retain any of this information, nor does Microsoft Azure.

In transit, all traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or greater. At Rest, any data stored by the Acrobat GenAI Service is encrypted using AES-256.
